Seafood Paradise
at Defu Lane

The Seafood Paradise at Defu Lane had humble beginnings as a 25-seater zi char stall in 2002 when young and enterprising Eldwin Chua started offering a menu of well-executed original dishes to entice diners to an admittedly out of the way location. With just one helper, he cooked, took orders and served. Despite the humble surroundings, Eldwin believes in providing brilliant homemade dishes based on quality ingredients.

With word of mouth and media attention, within three years, Seafood Paradise at Defu Lane reached the point where expansion was necessary. Eldwin’s good food with quality ingredients has turned Seafood Paradise into destination dining, despite its inaccessible location.

The Singapore Flyer attracting local, regional and international attention needs a food and beverage partner that embraces the challenge of catering to a wide range of expectations and one that would fly the Singapore flag high and Seafood Paradise@Flyer steps up to the plate.

No effort has been spared to outfit the 12,000 sq ft space into a world class dining destination. As befitting the location, Seafood Paradise@Flyer offers a sophisticated ambience with every attention paid to the furniture and fittings to ensure a ‘wow’ impression. An island bar serves as the centrepiece of the dining space from which apéritifs, beer and cocktails will be dispensed to kick start every dining experience.
